CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. GENERAL TERMS This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all passengers (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER") who make a reservation through the website www.antalyataxi.com, operated by UZAS TAŞIMACILIK OTOMOTİV TURİZM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY").
2. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT REQUESTS
All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@antalyataxi.com or through our official WhatsApp/Operation line at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time are not eligible for a refund.
3. REFUND CONDITIONS
More than 24 Hours Notice: For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the full amount paid will be refunded (excluding any bank transaction fees/commissions, if applicable).
Less than 24 Hours Notice & No-Show: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer time or in the event of a "No-Show" (if the passenger is not present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time).
Force Majeure: In cases of documented force majeure (e.g., flight cancellations by the airline, natural disasters, or government restrictions), the COMPANY reserves the right to provide a full refund or a free date change.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Credit Card/Bank Transfer).
Refunds for credit card payments typically appear on your statement within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. The COMPANY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
5. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
In the event that the COMPANY cannot perform the transfer due to vehicle breakdown, accident, or operational necessities, the COMPANY is obliged to inform the CUSTOMER immediately and refund the full amount paid without any deductions.
6. DELAYS AND FLIGHT CHANGES
It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to inform the COMPANY of any flight delays. For flight delays up to 2 hours, the transfer will wait without additional charges. For delays exceeding 2 hours, the COMPANY reserves the right to reschedule based on vehicle availability or cancel the booking with a full refund.
