DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT


1. PARTIES

1.2. MEMBER/USER: The natural or legal person who shares their information via the www.antalyataxi.com website to receive services.

1.3. CONSUMER: The person who purchases and/or benefits from the service.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the airport transfer service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified, reserved by the CONSUMER electronically through the website www.antalyataxi.com belonging to the COMPANY.

3. SERVICE AND PAYMENT PRINCIPLES 3.1. The service consists of the transfer service to be performed on the date, time, and route specified by the CONSUMER in the reservation form. 3.2. The service fee is the amount confirmed during the reservation. Payment is made via credit card through the website or by other payment methods agreed upon by the parties.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The CONSUMER acknowledges that they have read and confirmed the preliminary information form on the website. 4.2. The COMPANY reserves the right to perform the service with an equivalent or higher segment vehicle than the one reserved due to operational reasons (breakdown, accident, etc.). 4.3. The COMPANY cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by the CONSUMER entering incorrect flight information. 4.4. In case the service cannot be performed due to force majeure (natural disasters, road closures, terrorist incidents, etc.), the paid amount will be refunded; however, the CONSUMER cannot claim additional compensation.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS 5.1. For cancellation notifications made up to 24 hours before the service time, the full amount will be refunded. 5.2. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time or in case the passenger is not present at the transfer point (No-Show). 5.3. Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to uzastransfer@gmail.com or through the COMPANY's official communication channels.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulation, the consumer does not have a legal right of withdrawal for passenger transport services that must be performed on a specific date. Cancellation procedures are carried out only within the framework of the conditions specified in Article 5 of this agreement.

7. AUTHORIZED AUTHORITIES In disputes arising from this agreement, Alanya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Alanya Courts are authorized.
